The Warrior (3D)

My very first 3D character model ever, done with 3Ds Max 2013 and a little bit of Photoshop touchup to fix a few quirks in the light render.

The result of about a month and a half's work towards learning some of the basics of 3D modeling to expand my skillset and portfolio. I might eventually add a sword and shield to this, but for now I'm on to learning the basics of modeling in Maya, and after that, Zbrush.

I might also include close-ups of the model later, on its own because there's some nice details not easily seen here, such as the jade texture. The character featured here is the same (currently unnamed, though he has a backstory) character from the Waracle Teaser poster.
